Billygan's Roadhouse

Excellent food! Anyone from outside the area could compare this restaurant with a Logan's Roadhouse. They even do the peanuts with the peanut shells all over the floor. We had a fillet and a top sirloin and decided the fillet was worth the extra money if comparing side by side. I love the rolls with honey butter and the baked sweet potato. It is not a quiet place, though. I found myself reading the menu aloud because I couldn't hear myself think. After a while, either I adjusted or an especially loud party left (not sure which), because I was able to focus better. But the bottom line here is, great food! I will definitely be back!

Came in and were seated. Sat for 10 minutes without being greeted by our server. We watched a waitress get up from a table with 2 gentlemen and walk over to customers across from us. When she sat back down, I walked up to the hostess and requested to be moved. When I asked to talk to a manager, it was one of the men our waitress was sitting with. He made excuses for her and offered to pay for something. We did not complain to get anything free. It was an insult honestly. It is extremely unprofessional for a wait staff to be sitting instead of watching her tables UNLESS on a break with someone covering her tables. Now we keep getting glares from employees.

So, so good! We came here once a few years ago and couldn't wait to come back to the area to stop in again. The nachos with shaved beef was one of the best nachos I've ever had and I've had a lot of nachos. Steaks cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The honey butter for the sweet rolls is so good, you'll want to eat it by itself. The messy sundae is definitely messy, but worth every drop of hot fudge! The service is friendly and caring, too.

Loved this place. Excellent service and food. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed. I just wish there had been a bit more lighting. Other than that this place is by far one of my favorite places now.

Western decor will greet you, but the food will reward you! I had their top sirloin steak and it was cooked to a perfect medium rare!! A nice tossed salad and a baked potato are also included. Full bar too. Well known and deservedly so, this restaurant provides good food with fast and friendly service.

First time here. Had Tbone and ribs. Food is absolutely freaking amazing!! Waiter has a smile and the food came out in a very timely manner. Highly recommended!!!

What a fun place to celebrate a birthday! Great service to a 20 top, wide variety of good food with generous servings and good prices. The roadhouse ambience complete with peanut shells on the floor invites you to come dressed as you are. Thanks for a great time!

Atmosphere is always fantastic. A warm, cozy place to enjoy a great meal. The servers are quick and amazing. The meals are hot and always cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend the Top Sirloin steak, absolutely incredible. Keep up the great job Billygan's

Huge portions, great service, amazing tasting food! I couldn't decide what to eat so I orderded the appetizer platter. Chose 4 from list. Had lots to take home. Definitely recommend Billygan's. Lots of free parking.

I love this restaurant. There is no place I would rather go for steaks. It also might be the only place where my party routinely feels like they wished they got more bread. It's a Vancouver institution!

The food was good. I got their whiskey bbq burger. The atmosphere was bright at your table with darkness in between which gave each table a cozy intimate atmosphere. I'm giving it only 4/5 because I feel like their prices for what I ate could stand to be a bit cheaper.

Great food! Large portions! Nice staff and a fantastic ambiance. Easy place to dine and you don't need to dress up to come here. Looks like a classic roadhouse with plenty of neon signs on the walls and crushed peanut shells on the floor to stomp on.A must place to eat at! Steak is perfectly cooked and the salads are like 2 meals in 1! They also serve you warm fresh buns with whipped butter.

My first time here was a success! This is a place with complimentary peanuts that end up on the floor😂 and complimentary bread rolls during lunch and dinner. Some friends and I went here on a Friday night for happy hour. With the purchase of a beverage you get happy hour deals. The food was prepared fast. Our server Sarah was awesome, kind and patient. Nachos are loaded with flavor! Ribs were cooked perfectly! Bread rolls with whipped honey butter, delicious❤❤❤ environment is very chill, the bar area was loud with people having fun. I would have liked to hear some music being played. It would have masked the kitchen noise... We were right next to the kitchen. Overall good food and cozy dim lighting envionment.
